Return & Refund Policy

Jmwvd accepts eligible returns for silicone baking molds according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, exchanges, and product-specific exclusions.

Return Window and Accepted Return Types

Jmwvd accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, free of food residue, free of odors, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.

Return Method, Label, and Fees

Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage molds securely so rims, cavity shapes, flexible tray edges, and packaging are protected during return transit.

Condition Notes for Food-Contact Bakeware

Items that have been used for baking, filled with batter, exposed to food residue, cut with tools, burned, heat-damaged through misuse, stained, torn, missing pieces, or returned without protective packaging may not qualify for a refund. Returned products must remain in new condition so silicone surface, cavity count, mold shape, color, and set quantity can be inspected accurately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misshaped, torn, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, email support@jmwvd.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the mold, close photos of any tear, cavity issue, color mismatch, missing item, or package damage if visible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, send support@jmwvd.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and supporting photos when applicable. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not send used food-contact items without contacting support first.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested color, cavity layout, or mold shape is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
